Organize competing priorities, define meaningful goals, and move with direction.
Explore cultural adjustment, identity, family expectations, and belonging.
THE METHOD

Look at patterns, context, strengths, and the pressures shaping your choices.
Turn insight into realistic next steps you can practice in daily life.
Join the interest list and review whether the planned non-clinical coaching format matches what you are looking for.
Choose one practical area for reflection rather than trying to solve every part of life at once.
Translate the conversation into a realistic experiment, decision, or next step.

ABOUT FARZAD
↘
FARZAD SHAFIEI created Reflect Studio for people who want to understand their patterns, relationships, and next steps—without clinical language taking over the conversation.
I am completing an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University and hold a Graduate Certificate in Counseling, with graduate training in systemic couple and family therapy.
My human-services background includes public benefits, client interviewing, case-management support, documentation, and culturally responsive communication with diverse communities.
As an immigrant and bilingual English–Farsi speaker, I understand that culture, family expectations, identity, and belonging shape how people experience change.
