This notice explains how information may be handled when you visit Reflect Studio, contact Farzad, or follow a link to a third-party service. Reflect Studio currently provides non-clinical coaching information and educational content.
Information you choose to provide
If you email Farzad, you provide your email address and the information you include in the message. If you use the coaching interest form, the information is submitted through Google Forms and is also subject to Google’s privacy practices. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, crisis information, or other sensitive health information through email or the interest form.
Website and hosting information
The website host and related technical providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, device information, timestamps, requested pages, and security logs. Reflect Studio does not currently use its own advertising trackers, client portal, or payment system on this website.
External services
This website links to Google Forms, Instagram, and email. When you use those services, their terms and privacy policies apply. Reflect Studio does not control how those third parties process information.
How information may be used
Information you provide may be used to respond to you, understand interest in future coaching offerings, improve educational content, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations. Information is not sold by Reflect Studio.
Children and emergencies
This website is not directed to children under 13. Reflect Studio is not a crisis service and does not continuously monitor forms or email. Do not use the website to request emergency help.
Questions or requests
For a privacy question or a request concerning information you directly provided to Reflect Studio, email farzad@reflectcounselingstudio.com. Some information may need to be retained for security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons.
